Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled any non-refundable deposit or payment which you have paid will not be refunded and additional cancellation charges may apply.

 

Standard Bookings

For Standard Bookings if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each booking:

Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check in date and time (2pm) or will be charged the full amount of the first night, per room booked.

Cancellations after this time or no-show are subject to a cancellation fee which will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account. The cancellation fee is equal to the accommodation fee payable for 1 night of stay.

 

Event or Peak Season Bookings

For Event or Peak Season Bookings payment is required in full 1 month prior to arrival.

Cancellations or changes to Event or Peak Holiday period bookings require a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to arrival.

Cancellation or changes with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a fee equal to one night’s room rate, per room cancelled.

 

No Show Policy

A no-show is when you do not check-in on the night of your booking reservation. If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for the first nights room charge for the number of rooms booked.

 

Group Booking Policy

A booking of more than 4 rooms constitutes a Group Booking.

Group Bookings are subject to a 50% payment due upon booking or within 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations or changes to Group bookings require a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to arrival.

Cancelation or changes with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a fee equal to one night’s room rate per room cancelled.

 

Credit Card Policy

At the time of making a reservation, all guests will be required to provide a current and valid credit card number to confirm and secure the reservation. In some instances, guests may be asked for a deposit.

A Credit Card BELONGING TO THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST be presented for authorisation on arrival. Credit Card holder must be the registered guest.

By providing your credit card details with your booking by phone or through an online booking channel you agree that your card will be charged if you cancel without providing the notice required in our cancellation policy. By providing your credit card details you accept this condition.
